Manali is where your Hampta Pass Trek journey starts. Have breakfast and meet the representative in Manali. After dinner, make your way to Jobra, where the hike begins. After receiving a briefing from your trek guide regarding the trail and other pertinent information, set out on your journey to Chika. The track is great for acclimatisation because it’s not too difficult. Arrive in Chika and spend the night in campgrounds.
Awaken to breathtaking mountain vistas as you prepare for your upcoming daring yet picturesque hike to Balu ka Ghera. Your stomach has to be filled because the path is a little bit longer and higher. Stroll through the valley of vibrant flowers while you go down the Rani Nallah. You will see the scenery alter as you walk uphill from verdant meadows to rugged mountains. Once you arrive at Balu ka Ghera, make camp. Later, take in Hanuman Tibba Peak’s sunset and unwind overnight beneath the starry sky.
Get up, eat breakfast, and get ready for another exciting day of exploration. The high point of the expedition, Hampta Pass, will be crossed by you today. After making a quick halt in the settlement that lends the pass its name, Hampta Pass, head downhill towards Siagoru. Reach the Siagoru campground, which is located at a height of about 12,900 feet. Spend the night in the Siagoru campground.
Awaken to a magnificent dawn at Shea Goru, encircled by snow-capped peaks. Enjoy every second of this last day of your daring journey. After a hearty breakfast, make your way down to Chatru, the meeting point of the routes to Hampta Pass, Spiti, and Rohtang Pass. Trekking through picturesque meadows and valleys will allow you to take in their magnificence. After arriving, head to the camp for an overnight stay and take in the breathtaking views of Chandrataal Lake.
It’s time to bid farewell to the breathtaking scenery, rugged mountains, painted sky, breathtaking valleys, and exhilaratingly difficult walk. As previously stated, the journey itself and establishing a connection with the Himalayan spirit are equally as important as arriving at the goal. It’s a long way to travel, so start with an early morning transfer to Manali!
