Hill Hikers Suggestion

1. Put on warm clothing, such as thermal underwear and a heavy jacket.

2. Avoid wearing too many layers of socks to keep your blood flowing properly.

3. To avoid getting frozen toes, use strong winter boots.

4. Keep patience, Weather conditions in effect may cause delays.

5. This journey is best suited for track pants or Sports Shoes if possible.
