Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Manali | Trek from Jobra to Chika

Guna Devi is an extremely beautiful shrine which is situated at a distance of 8 km from Dharamsala, a waiting spot and a pilgrimage for both the shepherds and locals. A day’s hike toward Guna Devi starts off from the Tibetan Children Village, reaching Dal Lake, a famed destination of Kashmir and a village called Naddi. The hike then takes a turn by sloping down to the Bathed River which is like a half an hour descent through the beautiful and eye-catching hilly regions and plantations.

Take a break at the Dharamkot and Bahl Village to experience the indescribable beauty of nature. The place is circled by heavy forests compiled of oak, cedar, and many other interesting trees. Experience the traverse kinds of Himalayan plantations in the forest. Experience the cold and shivering weather and enjoy the greenery created by Mother Nature. Hills topped with snow looks like icing on cake and the view witnessed would definitely be cherished forever. Strolling along winding roads and enjoying the wonders of nature is always soothing. Walk for thirty minutes and a distance of three kilometres, one would arrive at the destination – Gallu Devi Temple.

Take a deep breath and fill your lungs up with fresh mountain air; after which it is time to move further and reach the Magic View Café, which is one of the oldest running shops in the region. Here, you can have a sip of tea and gaze at the amazing views of the Kangra Valley. At a distance from the Kangra Valley lies the Kareri Village, which is a small and beautiful village to explore. Moving through them, there is a final pass of Ghasutri from where the beautiful Chamba valley can be captured.
