All bookings, tickets, and travel documents will be delivered electronically via email to the address you provide during the booking process. We do not physically ship any products. You will receive the confirmation and necessary documents in a timely manner to ensure your trek experience is smooth.

2. Shipping Time

  • Trek Booking Confirmation: After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your confirmation details within 24-48 hours. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive the email within this timeframe.
  • Trekking Guides and Information: Any additional trekking guides, itineraries, or information will also be emailed to you ahead of your departure date.

3. Shipping Charges

There are no shipping charges for digital products and documents. All your trek bookings and information will be sent to you via email free of charge.

4. Shipping Destination

We currently only offer digital delivery services, meaning our services are available to customers worldwide, wherever internet access is available.

5. Returns & Cancellations

For information regarding trek cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling, please refer to our Return & Cancellation Policy.
