Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

1. 01Trekking Bookings: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trek date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the trek date will incur a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the trek date are non-refundable.
2. 02Merchandise Purchases: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or personalized items.
• Bookings canceled due to natural disasters, unforeseen events, or force majeure (rescheduling may be available).

How to Request a Return or Refund

Refund Processing
