- A booking is confirmed only after we reply on email or WhatsApp and, where we ask for it, after the advance is received.
- Prices are per person unless the trip says otherwise, and can change until the booking is confirmed.
- The name, phone number, travel date and group size you send must be accurate. Any balance is payable as written in your confirmation, usually before the trip starts.

- Treks and adventure activities involve altitude, weather and uneven ground. Tell us about medical conditions before you travel. We can refuse the trip if taking part would be unsafe.
